Ding ding! Massive money divorce round two! Now Madonna's getting into the mix, reportedly meeting with Paul McCartney's pitbull divorce attorney.

The Times of London says Madge met with Fiona Shackleton, the hardass lawyer who got water dumped over her head by Heather Mills during her divorce trial.

Shackleton's got a pretty impressive client list -- she also handled Prince Charles' divorce from Princess Di.

Guy -- who's been married to Madge for seven years -- could really cash in. The Material Girl's net worth is believed to be around $600 mil.

Madonna's rep did not return our call.

I don't think Madonna would be meeting with an attorney well known to be a pit-bull if she weren't worried about Guy going for her financial throat. I'm just saying.

Also, maybe the romantic in me is sounding stupid, but maybe Masonna and this woman are friends and had lunch or something. Maybe all is actually well between these two. Hope so!

Glad Madonna didn't have a pre-nup. Guy Ritchie was a great, funny, up-and-coming film director until he met and married Madonna and followed her Kabballah-ass career advice....he deserves half! In this British Divorce, I'm rooting for the little Guy to win BIG!!

45. And it is being reported by news agencies that Madonna does not have a Pre-Nup in her marriage to Guy Ritchie. It is not here on TMZ, but I just read it on a story on AOL. It is surprising that she wouldn't as she is a smart business woman and maybe the reports are wrong...but she also hasn't been evry smart when it came to Guy and HIS career...that she killed with Swept Away and other movies she insisted that they make together. Nope, he deserveslots of money for the money he gave up that he would have made thru his own career as it was flourishing when she snagged him. And Gwyneth and Chris Martin are two totally different people. Don't see them ever getting divorced. The romantic in me I guess.
