Ding ding! Massive money divorce round two! Now Madonna's getting into the mix, reportedly meeting with Paul McCartney's pitbull divorce attorney.

The Times of London says Madge met with Fiona Shackleton, the hardass lawyer who got water dumped over her head by Heather Mills during her divorce trial.

Shackleton's got a pretty impressive client list -- she also handled Prince Charles' divorce from Princess Di.

Guy -- who's been married to Madge for seven years -- could really cash in. The Material Girl's net worth is believed to be around $600 mil.

Madonna's rep did not return our call.

If you are going to post on a thread, why don't you actually READ THE PREVIOUS POSTS BEFORE YOU POST so you can see that what you are going to post has already been asked and answered and then you don't look like an idiot! First, the English pound (currency) is about equivalent to two American dollars. So if it is reported that she is worth 300 English Pounds (that's the funny looking L shaped symbol) then that is equal to almost 600 American Dollars. And THE TIMES OF LONDON, a respected paper like the New York Times or the LA Times HAS REPORTED THERE IS NO PRE-NUP! A real news agency is reporting that there is no pre-nup...not a celebrity gossip rag. So you can kinda count on that fact as being actual. If they made a mistake, which is highly unlikely, then they will dutifully print a retraction. They are not a gossip rag making 75% of their information up!! AGAIN, THERE IS NO PRE-NUP!!! And Madonna has not been relevant in years.

63. I know it's probably just me, but I am so sad that this didn't work out for them. After Madonna and Sean Penn split I was sad for the both of them, but with Guy it seemd that she had found happiness again. I hope they work it out.

64. I seen on fox news where she didn't have a prenup and could NOT believe it,she has so much money and she will regret it IF this is true.
