J. Lo's Dog Allegedly Eats Stewardess

At least someone in the Jennifer Lopez family is eating -- her dog allegedly took a bite out of a flight attendant on a private jet, and now the eaten party wants $5 million from Jenny.

Lisa Wilson filed suit yesterday in Brooklyn Federal Court, alleging that Floyd -- a guard dog -- "lunged" at her when she walked past him during the 2006 flight, making her go ass-over-elbow and giving her such debilitating back pain that she had to have serious surgery.

Wilson claims that J. Lo knew the dog had "vicious propensities" and should've controlled it. J. Lo's peeps had no immediate comment.

16. A few things. First of all, this lawsuit is ridiculous. The dog lunged at the stewardess, it did not bite her. She hurt herself when she turned away. Second the sum of $5MM is extremely overflated. If this were a working stewardess there is no way she would earn $5MM over the rest of her career. Lastly, to answer someones question about why this lawsuit is just happening two years after the incident - it is because if someone is injured they have up to two years to sue the other party before the "statute of limitations" runs out.

18. Just digging for cash. Probably realized that a statute of limitaion was nearing and filed a frivolous suit. Taxpayer money at waste. From the attendant's point of view (oops, I mean her attorney(s)) it doesn't hurt to try...better than not trying at all. However, JLo always wins these type of lawsuits, so I'm confident this attempt will be no different.
