I don't care whose child it is. Comments to parents in the presence of their children is tasteless. Trying to get a reaction out of parents in front of their children is tasteless.

Unless specifically invited to photograph, paps have no business being within shouting distance or telephoto lens distance of people when they are with their children. And if you are going to mess with their children or impede the enjoyment they get from being with their children in a public place, then expect to get pap-slapped. And don't bother filing suit or whining to the press about it when it happens because it is well-deserved.
