With her daughter by her side and her best stripper heels on her feet, Shauna Sand said Dr. Jiffy Lube never pumped her up -- because she's afraid of needles.

Funny, considering she didn't look too scared when we caught her coming out of another plastic surgeon's office back in February, with ice packs curiously placed on her face.

For the record, Dr. Jiffy Lube is Daniel Serrano, the faux doc who injected Priscilla Presley and other H-Wood chicks with motor oil to stay forever young.

Definition of MILF? Wow, I just don't see that unless MILF stands Mother who's Ick, Laughable and False. Ms. Sand makes me pretty damned sure I'll never get plastic surgery when I've over the age of 45... oh, wait a minute-- how old is this plastic chick anyway?
