He probably set the whole thing up, released the video HIMSELF, knowing that at least a few entertainment sites were going to make fun of it (because it's effin' hilarious!....and disgusting), and was ready with lawsuit in hand to jump on the first major company that broke the story.

Guess you gotta make money somehow. Maybe, after he stops suing people for his own mistakes, he could be a wheel cleaner at a carwash or something. Dream Big!
