34. There should be " public saftey concerns ", everywhere they go. Or how about disturbing the peace? Disorderly conduct? It's not their jobs that are so wrong. It's the manner in which they do their jobs, that have got people hating them. They mob people, blind them with flashes, and there's not one thing those people can do to stop them, without getting hit with a lawsuit. There's definitely something wrong with the laws in this country.

36. Yes the paps do get out of control at times. But how exactly were they "disturbing the peace" before the brawl occurred? The beach was a big area I'm sure they weren't really in the way of any beachgoers or being obnoxious. Surfers took it upon themselves to instigate it but you blame the paps.

You have to take each incident on a case-by-case basis. Many times they may deserve to be beaten but not this time.

And to those who claimed it was a private beach: I guess the beach isn't so private after all if the cops didn't arrest them for trespassing huh? You people are so full of crap making up stuff just to strengthen your argument against paps lol.

38. Two things if I may...

1. As to the flowers - We are reminded (for those of us who read the bible) "to be gentle as doves, but wise as serpents." Sherrif's around...flowers and dovey things...but when they leave what will happen then?

2. There is a law about any group gatheing that causes a public disturbance...that group can be asked to leave. Hence if paps upset surfers who are there...they must go. I find it laughable how dumb the paps are...officer repeating him self over and over and over and over with paps saying.. "Now, wait...whah?"

39. I've heard them on many occasions, yelling at celebs, arguing with them, pushing and shoving one another, (and bystanders). How many times have they followed celebs in stores, running up and down the isles, yelling the celebs name? That's disturbing the peace, or at least, unruly conduct. There's been many celeb kids scared too death by them. The min. they spot a celeb, they start running, yelling at one another to get out of the way, and calling the celebs name.., it's horrible!!

41. For the umteenth time, - beaches in California are public, BUT some have "private" access as this one does. Without the gate's key from the Home Owners Assn., the only other way is to walk a few miles of beach to get there.

As I've stated before, judge each incident separately. The paps' subsequent appearance on the beach was no doubt them looking to cause trouble. I'll give you that. They wanted to retaliate like any normal person. I also think they just wanted to show they had every right to be there and were not going to be bullied. They wanted to save face.

But what about the very first incident that started all this? Did the paps specifically go there to stir up anything? No. The "surfers" put all this into motion with their attempts of bravado

44. "hehe",- you'e FULL of crap. The bullies are thge paparazzi who's mere presence is an affront to the public and unwanted. People like you may think that public opinion doesn't matter much when vermin like the paps try to claim THEIR rights, but the rest of humanity seems to hold ocmmon sourtesy and privacy as more important. 45. To hehe. Since you are having such a hard time understanding what's being said by others, here it is. The paps had to walk for miles on the beach to get to the spot where they are not wanted, and had been asked for days and many times to leave, OR put down the cameras, before any troiuble started. The paps are the ones going WAY out of their way to offend others and be a nuissance. The paps "rights" do NOT trump anyone else's rights to many other things mentiioned in the Bill of Rights, so don't even try to go there. Let's just see how far their right to be there goes against the public's right to say "Hell, no", and back it up. Get real.
