"Bold and the Beautiful" star Heather Tom and her borefriend partied it up at a charity auction in L.A. this weekend. Small problem: our photog had no clue who she was.

What does a girl have to do to get noticed -- win an Emmy? Oh riiiight ... she already has. Twice.

gee. people don't know who she is? wow, that's not a shock. figuring that she was on the greatest soap there is, the young and the restless! yes, i have to agree that she was the best victoria newman!! it is strange seeing her on b&b as a different character like the girl who played grace turner.

Young and Restless + Bold and Beautiful - Watched in 106 countries, translated into 45 languages, daily viewership more than 300,000,000. World Television Festival in Monte Carlo is funny to watch every year. The big US night time stars go over and are unknown and ignored. The Daytime people are the big deal. Of course no one would be surprised by your staff not knowing them - the US market is small change for them.

The only soap actors/actresses that I have heard of are Emily Slezak (Vicki Davidson, One Life to Live), Susan Lucci (Erica Kane, All My Children), Eden Riegel (Bianca Montgomery, All My Children), Cameron Mathison (Ryan Lavery, All My Children), and Bree Williamson (Jessica/Tess Buchanan, One Life to Live).
