6. OMG Pam is a worn out, weathered looking has-been who is probably jealous that Jessica is actually young, pretty and disease free, like Pam was once...way, way back in the day. Let's face it Pam has probably "eaten more meat" than Jessica will in her lifetime. She's got the diseases to prove it.
