16. she deserves to be put in jail - like now. Not even realizing that she had hit someone?? I can imagine how she will feel once she sobers up. Her life is a mess now.Glad that the victim isn't badly hurt, but yet, she's still hurt. She should see to it that the driver gets serious time.

17. Notice she was driving a Mercedes SUV- Poor baby. I am sure she will get a good lawyer and get off with a slap on the wrist. Luckily the victim was killed. MADD

20. I wish TMZ would NOT show this girl's image too much. Yes - she did something very wrong and will pay for it. But she doesn't deserve to have her face plastered all over the inernet and her life ruined as a result. You can give updates without using her picture like that.

23. tmz you are sooo touchy today, you let people use the n word and you yourself call babies unwanted...but i use the f word and you delete my comment? ok, here we go again

drivers will drive an average around 200 times while at or above the legal limit before they get caught. TWO HUNDRED TIMES someone drives and risks killing someone...that is RIDICULOUS
Just because you have one or two you are NOT ok to drive. You can have ALMOST one beer an hour and your liver can process it. But why risk it? why would you risk hurting others? get a clue

i hope this idiot rots

25. Well lets see, nick hogan is only getting a few months I bet she'll get more. Celebrities should get more time... People should use this accident as an example on how celebrities get less time in jail....

This girl is probably going to spend years in jail so why is nick only getting a few months?

30.

Drinking and driving and contests of speed really rile me up. I don't care whether they are celebrities or not. It is the cause of so many fatalities and permanent mutilations and the most unforgivable part is that it is always preventable. Don't get behind the damn wheel.

What in the hell makes anyone think that that extra drink or pill or snort should be more important to them than another person's life or the life of their child is important to them?

That's one thing you don't want to get me started on....
