Frankie Muniz is guilty of driving under the influence -- of a cell phone conversation!

As of yesterday, it is illegal in California to drive and talk on a cell phone without a hands-free device -- a law that Frankie is clearly breaking.

Yet another reason for Young Hollywood to start taking cabs!

Then there are the women who put on their makeup and the men who shave while driving. And the people who turn around and either feed or berate their children while on the freeway doing 75. Eh.

TMZHires~ I know we have had this conversation before, and you explained why it is that you spend day after day on this site that you hate so much, but I have to admit, I still don't get it. I have NEVER seen a comment from you OTHER than bagging on the paps. Why do you torture yourself??? You clearly hate this site! You have to know you are only supporting the business you so despise by visiting this site EVERYDAY. They do keep track ya know. The more people who come to this site, the more sponsers they get, the longer they stay in business. So please, for the love of celebrity trash talking, find another site, one you might actually enjoy, so those of us who do like this sort of thing can make fun of celebrities in peace.
