DUI Suspect Lives In Sugar Daddy City

Here's the lowdown on the suspect from Wednesday morning's nasty hit and run accident.

Her name is Heather Auger and she's a 27-year-old from Orange County. We're told she went to Cal-State Fullerton, but that she doesn't work now -- she's got a rich BF. Must be nice.

We tried to go down to her apartment in Bev Hills yesterday, but we were rebuffed by a rude roommate.

As for the legal stuff, she was held on $52,500 bail and posted early yesterday morning. She's due back in court on July 23.

17. I love how on all the other posts that have to do with this story everyone is sitting there bashing the man who stopped her so she could pay for what she has done to that innocent woman, but here not one person is saying what an awful person she is!

19. Me,
Try posting something in Englisch that is coherent and progressive and provides a picomeasure of sensability to the average reader of even adequate public education?

20. Her lawyer will reduce it to misdemeanor charges, a fine and driving school.

21. I think you guys need to leave this girl alone...just because your cameras caught the situation doesn't mean that she's a celebrity, or even a high-profile case, and discussing her personal life and going to her apartment seems highly inappropriate, imo. She's gonna pay for what she did...she doesn't need TMZ to make fun of her b/c of where she went to college or whether or not her boyfriend is rich and what her employment status is. If you think that by breaking the law you have suddenly given up your right to privacy, and are allowed to publicly be dragged throught the mud, then TMZ is getting a little too "1984" for me. She's not fair game.

That poor girl is being punished for your horrible mistake...I guess all that matters to you is that your body is whole ( you need to look normal for the next sugar daddy) Lucy's is not!!! What comes around goes around,,,,,,you will get yours,. I'll step off my soap box now..thank you!

24. ROCK ON SISTA-I PERSONALLY LOVE TO DRINK AND DRIVE!!!

25. I think its ridiculous. She deserves to go to jail for this. All drunk drivers do.
I'm glad you guys can all just sit here and bash the guy for stopping her but no one can say that shes a horrible person for almost killing someone. Look at the facts.
Maybe being away from his girlfriend laying on the ground like that is the only way to keep himself sane. And yes i do speak from experience on this.
At least by running off and grabbing the girl he could feel like maybe he was helping.
This girl is a complete moron and needs to be taken off the streets. For good.

29. Amazing how no one was this hostile when Lindsay Lohan was this drunk and chasing another person across LA with a car full of drugs or when Nicole Richie was driving the wrong way on the exit ramp! Just because this girl made a horrible mistake - and no doubt she is completely at fault - does not mean that this joke of a news website should blast her all over the world. She is not a public figure or a celebrity and the police and the courts will handle this properly...unlike the bulls*#t "starlets" of Hollywood who were each in a position to cause much more damage, but luckily were pulled over by the police before they killed anyone. That whole city needs to drop into the ocean. No one has the right to comment on her life or upbringing merely because her mistake was made in front of fancy restaurant.
