A fractured hip and ruptured bladder that we know of, and your response is "Boo Freakin' Hoo!"?!? Are you fackin kidding me? You know what Yucatan, I'd be willing to bet that you'd be one of those people that after seeing a 78 yr. old man get hit by a car, and laying in the street, would walk by cuz "someone else will take care of it. I'm busy, and WAY to important with my 'art'!"

I'm sure with your sunny disposition, you have more friends that you know what to do with. I'm also sure that if this had happened to you, with all of your friends because of you sunny disposition Mr. Hollywood, that'd they'd be taking up a collection to help you and not jabbering a nice lil "Boo Freakin Hoo!" Ohhhhhhhhhh, what the hell was I thinking? Hollywood is the land of make believe. After thinking about it Mr. Sunshine, I don't know if I'd even waste a "Boo" on you. 47. I agree with Ashley below who suggested this sentence: "Why not set up a benefit account in her name and set up a way for people to donate. A few dollars a person can go a LONG way."

I also agree with a few other suugestions as to, TMZ.com, Pam Anderson, and any other stars this girl has worked with or for to shell out and help this girl when she needs it the most.

Im sure it would make a world of difference to Lucy and I am sure she would appreciate it a great deal.

As for the woman who hit her, she shouldn't get off lightly. It's sad and pathetic that stars get off easy with DUI's ..what like 82 hrs is such a big deal?!..give me a break!! I don't live in Cali. but there should be stricter laws for DUI's even if you ARE a star. It seems like its nothing but a slap on the wrist for celebs. But when it happens to real life people it's a lot worse.

50. #34 " me"....every Canadian is insured and NO they do not wait months to see a Dr....ANY hspt emergency ward with triage u and u will be seen immediatly if a life threatnening situation is imminent, if u have flu symptoms u will wait because u ddidn't go to ur own GP of a FREE walk-in clinic that handles low priority. If u live in a rural area and need a specialist u will be referred to one and like all specialists if it isn't a life threatening situation u will wait for a availuable time, NOT months. FYI. Americans should be so lucky to have the health care we have here and I hope the uninsured who don't receive the care they desearve get it with ur next president. Good Luck!

The victim , the perp., and the victim's boyfriend ALL NEED TO HAVE DRUG SCREEN test. WHen the perp. hit and ran and the boyfriend chased the felon down and caught her , it was clear to me that had he not caught her IN THE ACT she would have fled and had not TMZ caught it on tape THIS BI*Ch would have DENIED DENIED DENIED.

BUT WHEN HE DID CATCH HER and they hugged ? THE VICTIM REALLY REALLY REALLY NEEDS TO GET A NEW LOSER BOYFRIEND .

In this ONE RARE CASE THE PappZ did a good thing.

56. If she can afford a $52,000 BAIL, she better be able to afford the medical bills for this girl, Lucy!!!! The other girl's insurance will have to pay for Lucy anyhow, unless she only had collision coverage...and if that's the case, she'll be getting sued and Lucy will win, no doubt. PLUS the insurance co. will probably drop drunken chick and she'll have a VERY difficult time finding an insurance company that will cover her after this! I just hope people learn from this. DON'T DRIVE DRUNK...OR BUZZED EVEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Life to TOO VALUABLE and TOO FRAGILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

57. So it doesn't matter that this girl doesnt have insurance. The accident was clearly not her fault. Therefore that idiot that hit her is liable for all the medical bills. First coverage would be taken from the medical portion of the auto insurance driver's auto insurance. Once auto medical has been exhausted the victim is going to need to collect from the driver, or if the driver has a good insurance company, from the insurance company. So what if the vicitm doesn't have health insurance, in this case it really doesn't matter because she is the vicitim.

59. She doesn't have to be able to afford the bail, someone just had to get a bond for it, so they only had to have a little over 5 grand.

Peeps, insurance is expensive. When my coverage ended I applied for my own independent account. It would have cost me over 200 per month to have insurance! I couldn't freakin' afford it! It would cost me less to pay everything out of pocket when I needed it than spend more money than I had every month JUST for the coverage. Of course, if I were ever in any accidents, I'd be screwed, but for basic health costs it was cheaper to NOT have insurance. I know there are plenty of people out there like me, too. They wouldn't give me a fairly priced plan because I have health problems and would be using it more than zero times a year. Twice a year was apparently too often. Luckily, after three years of deciding what medicines I actually needed to survive and making extremely conscious efforts to not injure myself, I got coverage from new job and it is super-sweet.

I wouldn't be opposed to collecting money for this poor girl. If her family and friends set-up a PayPal account and a super simple, free-hosted site I'd be all over that.

60. She has done makeup for celebrities and doesn't have health insurance? Doesn't sound like anyone's problem but her own. If this was a poor ugly person, no one would care at all.
