62. WOW...Dansk is just as big an idiot as the drunk drivers. Insurance is the law, not optional. If you can't afford it, you should be riding a bus.

This is a tragedy that is beyond belief!I am a friend of lucy's mom and what they are both having to go through is something that could have been avoided had this driver not been drinking!!!!I am so thankful that there were kind and honest people to help in this horrible situation and to tmz for lending their support for a mother and daughter who do not deserve to suffer in such a way.This person who was driving does not deserve bail and i hope that anyone who thinks of getting into a car after they have been drinking thinks of how much damage they can do to a family.
