46. According to Fox accounts of the testimony, not only did Cook enjoy porn, he and Brinkley had to look at in order to have sex for the last 5 years of their marriage. Sounds as if the porn addiction was mutual, doesn't it? As for Alexa's account of having her head pushed into a bucket, I seem to remember that around that time, she moved out, didn't she? This was around the time Billy Joel was having some addiction problems and kept wrapping his car around trees. Brinkley called the paps, and went to take pictures of one of the crash sites so she could have "proof" Alexa shouldn't be in a car with him. I'm wondering whether he wasn't trying to get Alexa to live with him, and Brinkley actively tried to stop it. That would mean she tried to keep her daughter in the home with her. Good parenting, huh?

Brinkley flaunted her affair and pregnancy with another man when she was married to Joel. when she discovered the man wasn't rich and had to buy her way out of the marriage, Joel gave her money, thinking, it was reported, that she was coming back to him. A couple of months later she marries the "perfect man", Peter Cook. So, no, I have no sympathy for her. Karma happens. I do feel sorry for the children, though, all three of them. Brinkley so obviously wanted to play the victim here that she didn't mind dragging them through the dirt with her. Smorbie

47. The only people I feel for here are the kids. Neither Christie nor Peter gets any sympathy from me.

For those that call him a perve and says that he slept with someone underage, they need to check their facts. The woman in question was 18 at the time of the affair! Thus, it was legal (not morally right but that's not child molestation).

As for her, if she (Christie) was so caring, then why did she push for this to be a public trial!? Plus, with her own sorid past, she's the last one to be throwing stones at Peter Cook.

No matter who wins this, they are both losers with the biggest losers being those kids!

48. I find it very hard to feel sorry for Christie Brinkley. I mean, she had a guy that was absolutely crazy about her (Billy Joel) and she cuts out on him with a con-artist, and ends up in a plane crash with him. She then goes on to marry the con-artist and divorces him. Now, her current ex-to-be has played around on Her. Karma's a bitch, Christie.

51. a beautiful women never learns how to find a stable man...it is a handicap ..they are really operating from a middle school mentality. Also, going public will hurt her kids for years. No one wins in this situation. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.....is true...the rage goes on too long. With this type of publicty, her career as a all American GIRL IS OVER. 52. Everyone needs to shut their mouth about what he did,yes its not right what he done ,but he is right to say that she should of never put this family matter in the public eye. She thinks she's getting revenge on him but most of all she's not thinking about her kids otherwise she would of deal with this privately, there's always a saying never do the same thing to a person ,what they done to you it doesn't matter how bad they,ve hurt you, because you gonna get it even worse then and she needs to move on with her life.

I am not on either sides but I think this whole trial is childish!
