Warrant Out for Gym Class Hero

Gym Class Hero frontman Travis McCoy was arrested at Tuesday's Warped Tour show in Missouri -- and now cops want to talk to him again.

Cops popped McCoy for third-degree assault after he allegedly roughed up a fan who called him "f**king ignorant n****r." He was released Wednesday morning on $500 bail, but now, after investigating, cops want to talk to him again.

The band released a statement Wednesday calling the incident "unfortunate" adding McCoy and the band are "anything but violent."

32. Wow, I love Gym Class Heros w/that FINE Travis. If you listen to their music you would know they are all about racial unity and having a good time. Do you really think GCH wants to deal with an idiot concertgoer screaming racial slurs??? GET REAL ....I love them and what they represent.....everyone getting along and having a freakin good time. We are going to see them in New Orleans this tues. night and we will show them what REAL FANS of GCH are all about.

travie was defending himself
i have met the band a handful of times,,
and its true they are NOT violent people. theyre very sweet and nice
i saw travie 2 days after this incident and he was on a cane because of the injury caused to his knee, poor guy
the heckler deserved it, he was asking for trouble
travis has my full support, and i just hope all of this is cleared up for him.
