32. Now, I have a huge briscuit cooking all night for the 20 plus guest tomorrow. I guess I will serve it with the pasta salad, corn on the cobb, and my salad. I will ban the beef next week! LOL!!!

33. Now that we are on the topic of milk and meat; a serious question:

Why does milk in the US give me gas?

Seriously, whenever I drink milk in other countries I don't get gas and it tastes as good if not better than the milk in the states, yet when I come back and have some midnight cereal, within minutes I am cuttin' the cheese as they say. I want to get to the bottom of it since I really do believe we are all killing ourselves slowly with the food we eat.

34. Milk gumshoe? I have not drank milk in years for that reason!! Whatever it is, I stay away from it!! Tears me up for sure, I am glad I have been educated on milk and dairy by TMZ!!

39. Golly, someone at TMZneeds to take a basic nutrition class, huh? Why would vegetables be a better option for a person who has had gastric bypass surgery? What kind of protein content do veggies have? Protein is much needed, along with vitamins, after that type of surgery.

And protein is good for anyone wanting to lose weight and gain more muscle mass.

41. Are you kidding me. The kids who work at TMZ are so young they don't know anything. So ignorant . They're too busy following other people's lives to get their own and learn something about life. Eating meat is good for losing weight. Also, how many pounds has she kept off since she got to her highest. Probably about 200. So she's not movie-star thin, she's a talented singer who has saved her life.

42. Big Carnie is fair game. She made millions on her gastric bypass surgery, selling books and posing for playboy. I wondr how many victims bought into her quick fix weight-loss "journey" and died on the operating table or at the very least suffer from vitamin definenciey and a host of other gastric bypass related issues. I hope Carne gets to be 350 again. She is nothing but a talentless media whore.

43. Carnie looks like she is starting to take off the re-gained pounds. FYI..Gastric bypass patients MUST eat protein, protein and then more protein. I'm a fan of TMZ..but this is an unfair picture of her. She's living her life and trying to do the right thing...please give her some slack. Now if you catch her eating Mac & Cheese or Cupcakes..well then that's a different story...especially for someone who's made a career of weight loss surgery and was a paid sporkesperson.
