33. Rumer Willis is an even LESS deserving celeb than Paris Hilton. All Rumer does is whine about how tough it is to be rich and have famous parent. Yes, such a burden... She dropped out of college and has since done NOTHING useful with her life. I work for a living. I'm always tired, I never have enough money to buy the things I want, I never have enough time to do the things I want, much like 99% of the population. If I had dropped out of college, my parents would have made me get a job. A REAL job and get it MYSELF, they would NOT have gotten me a cushy assistant job. I probably would have worked at k-mart or something. So when I hear Rumer complain, I just want to smack her!

45. She is very pretty, but nowhere near her mother. She is still young, has a strong jaw, and will get prettier with time. Give her a break and don't compare her to someone who looks like a clown.
