Looks like the Madonna romance rumors finally sent Alex Rodriguez's wife on the offensive.

Cynthia Rodriguez has hired Houston lawyer Earle Lilly to finally end her rocky marriage with A-Rod, according to WABC in New York. Earle said Cynthia will file suit tomorrow morning in Dade County Fla. Family Court, and that A-Rod's "relationship with Madonna was the final straw for Mrs. Rodriguez."

34. Talk about a man of color. What a beautiful wife he has~and she's white! And he dumped her for Madonna. What an ass he is! He just had a new baby with his wife. Madonna hasn't a clue and could care less about them, it's only about herself! Alway's was that way with her. She's a "me" person, no one else counts!

38. The best thing that every happened to Cynthia is TMZ and Perez Hilton - whether or not there is any truth to the Madonna and A-Rod affair, the publicity is huge and will help Cynthia's divorce.
