Celebrity Justice
Shooting Outside Hollywood Club

A man was shot multiple times outside a Hollywood club, and TMZ got shots of the getaway car.

It happened around 2:30 AM this morning, right in the middle of H-Wood -- Ivar and Sunset Blvds. There are multiple clubs nearby, but we don't know where the victim or the perp were before the incident. Our photog was walking to his car when he saw a man fire four or five rounds into another guy. The shooter jumped into a car and sped off and our photog caught the escape on tape.

The perp is Black male and was wearing a hoodie (hood was down). There was a black Hummer next to the escape car and they seemed connected.

The victim is in critical condition. Another man was also shot several times, but his injuries did not appear serious. Both were taken to the hospital.

138. For all of you that said he should have put the camera down and helped are complete idiots. The only thing you should do in a situation like that IS to call the police. Yelling at someone: 'Are you ok?' only makes yourself fell better...not the victim. You should NOT touch the body or move it! If you move it the wrong way he could have bled out more or you could have done more harm than good! And it is a great thing he didn't go over there because of potential lost of evidence. If any thing was found but someone moved or tampered with it, it is ADMISSIBLE in court. So as long as someone standing over there called the police, that was a good thing. And be real...he got the license plates...which is a huge deal because most witnesses can only remember 2-3 digits and letters at best.

140. I love it when posters encourage us to pray for whatever victim or bonehead has gotten themselves in trouble...I'm sure those of us who troll celeb gossip sites and trash the site and each other and the celebs are the same types that hit their knees each time we hear of a trial or trouble. I know the two are not mutually exclusive but let's have a dose of reality. Does anyone else see the hypocrisy of this imploring us to pray nonsense?

141. TMZ, u just showed how low you will sink for a buck. Don't help the guy, even worse keep taping him. You could have released the tape after his family was notified. How would you like to be watching tv and see your family member laying there...rhetorical question u knobs.

142.
Everybody please excuse the ramblings of Hairy_Yambag, et al. We are all very much aware they are all a bunch of sick, bitter drunks wasting their lives venting on society for their own failings. Rest assured they will all soon blow their own brains out through their own self-hatred

144. Why does the "perp's" description matter when all the info you have is his race and that he was wearing a hoodie? How many black men are there in LA wearing hoodies right now? If you had more details (i.e.: tattoos, scars, physical characteristics -like walking with a limp, etc...) then you should disclose that information. But simply noting his race is not enough.

Perhaps if you had more people of color working in your "newsroom," you would not h ave included such a lame description.
YOU NEED TO DO BETTER TMZ!!!!!!!

145. The picture does not show the face; there's no disrespect
Iam sure the potog yelled out call 911
Taking the pictures was a great service
Call the person what they are;if they"re black then they are black, we are getting too paranoid about race.
Don't you captalize a name if used as a noun?

146. How would you like your violently gunned loved ones to be posted on a website for the world to see???? I wonder how you can sleep at night. I hope the family sues your a** or would you consider that being Ghetto?? To all the ignorant people that don't care or aren't surprised that the victim was a Black man would you feel better if a gunfight broke out with a bunch of White folks??? Say what you want but Black people don't have Serial Killers R Us. Bottom line Black or White it's senseless violence.

148. Wow, TMZ's lack of concern for this guy and his family is amazing. Yes, they got the tag and that's great but let's face it, they were getting paid otherwise this camera man probably would have either totally ignored it or gone through his pockets. I'm surprised they didn't try to roll the guy over to get a face shot.

149. Too many posts to scan throught to see if I'm repeating someone else's comments, but oh well...

First, I hope the victims are doing well.

Second, I feel it was rather irresponsible of TMZ to post the license plate of the 'get away' car (unless the police have already released this information as well).

What if that vehicle was stolen (or just the tag was)? What if this was gang related (nope, that's not racist ... all skin colors/races are involved in gangs) and rival gang members take revenge on innocent people?

Kudos to TMZ for getting information on the incident. But shame on you *IF* your reporting was also irresponsible.
