16. First of all this is completely blown out of proportion. The incident at a red cross event was because Andrew got into an arguement with an off duty police officer with a chip on his shoulder. The cop called in back up( after the fact ) and got a drunk red cross employee to claim that Andrew was not welcome at the event. So they arrested him on trespassing which was later dropped becasue it was BS arrest. This latest incident was a domestic situation involving an ex-girlfriend who just won't go away.

20. I grew up in Amherst - the police dept is a joke. Amherst is, or was, considered the safety town in America. The cops get so bored patrolling white elitist neighborhoods and pulling people over for illegal window tint. If there was an actual altercation involving a black man, I'm surprised Andrew made it out alive...

chill out there. i dont know y else she would claim she was his mother...its not like hes a huge celebrity. and why would he be from amherst ny anyways? his mother was having trouble with the installation of her tv and he called us. and it was him. kinda weird. but whatever. hes a loser. good looking but a loser...gives buffalo ny a bad rep. atleast we have the goo goo dolls, buffalo sabres and buffalo bandits!

25. Hey Colie (comment #23), i do not know who you really are, but your story is full of holes and it stinks. Dan Jumbo's mother is a Brit that lives in England. She will have no reason to buy a TV in the states, and not at Best Buy for for that matter, and then require you to install it. Your story has gone from "his mother came to the shop and said do you know who my son is..." (comment (#17), to "he called the shop himself..." (Comment #23). Stop hating Colie! He is one of the most innovative carpenters in the country, and will take more than a dyslexic Best-Buy clerk to classify him as a loser. Losers like you give Buffalo a bad rep!

26. comment # 17 & 23... i heard the national enquirer is hiring storytellers and you should consider applying because that is exactly what you do...STORYTELL. As for everyone else who is surmizing.. The arrest at the Red Cross event last summer had nothing to do with the current incident. The altercation at the Red Cross event was iniatied by an ignorant, on duty, racist Buffalo Cop. There was to be a lawsuit, however, all witnesses in attendance are friends of his ex wife/girlfriend (whatever u want to call her) so there is no longer a lawsuit.
Now here's a bit of info- Andrew may seem to be a well rounded, stand up man but he puts on a wonderful show, and i'm not speaking of his tv show. He and his wife divorced in 9-2007 after being married since 5-2003. It was never publicized because they didnt want it to be. Andrew was far from faithful and when his ex found this out, she confronted him and left him. It was Andrew that begged and begged for her forgivenss and plead with her to give him another chance. He was given another chance.
Well once again he was far from faithful which brings us to the current incident.--- Andrew had bought a house in Annapolis MD which was intended for him and his wife, however, it didnt work out as planned because of his cheating. She stayed in Buffalo. They would visit each other frequently when giving the relationship another chance. Andrew came into town to spend Easter with his ex-wife and family. He was trying to get his ex to forgive him once again and to try make things work. However, he didnt tell her he was courting someone in Miami at the same time. His wife found out by texts he was sending the other woman. He was telling the other woman he was in Canada for a home show and then had to unexpectedly go to Buffalo for a family emergency which was a lie. His wife called this woman and the two talked. The woman knew Andrew was married and divorced but was never told he has been trying to make things work. Andrew was telling complete lies to both. While the two woman were on the phone with the "other woman", Andrew came into the house and discovered his cover had been blown and knew he lost both woman which infuriated him. He then took the phone and threw it not realizing the phone did not disconnect and threw his wife to the floor and started choking and hitting her and threatening her life. The other woman heard everything that was transpiring and started screaming and then Andrew realized this. His wife went to the hospital and was advised to file a report which she did. She then decided not to pursue but the police department pursued. A warrant was issued for Andrews arrest. He turned himself in in June and a court date was scheduled for 7/31. His wife didnt show so it was rescheduled for September and if she doesnt show again it will be dismissed... I could continue with the saga but i have better things to do... ONE FINAL NOTE--- If you happen to meet him and fhe sweeps you off of your feet and you fall in love, be aware he has a scorching case of herpes that he had given to his wife and god knows how many other woman!
