A little heroin isn't going to keep Jason Davis down!

Gummi Bear was sentenced to a 36-month drug program after pleading guilty to heroin possession and no contest to DUI today in a Van Nuys court. He has to see Bev Hills counselor twice a week.

He also can't be in contact with any narcotics or associate with those known to use narcotics. Guess a family reunion is out of the equation.

Even worse, he has to maintain a JOB and residence for the entire probation period! Good luck with that.

17. What gets me is he seems to be saying SUCKERS! Rich do not do time for these crimes! He would be right! Like the one about the judge that just what happend. Everybody knows everybody. Mere every day people would have had the book thrown at them and the key locked away. But, he is out smiling saying Suckers! See you back in jail in about 6 months SUCKER! Watch!

21. god why would there grandfather or who ever in there family was/is rich would leave them any money, him and his brother bother both make me sick, they need to take baths and get a job. they are just a waste of skin.
