I know, you will all still sit there and judge her, without knowing whether she's legal to smoke marijuana, and without knowing when she smoked last. Pot stays in your system for up to a month, maybe more if you're hardcore. It could easily be a case of harassment. How long had she been sitting in a holding cell before her mugshot was taken? Maybe she had a long day, then had to go through drama just because she's black. I think I'd look like crap too!

Ya'll need to get lives, and stop jumping to conclusions about people you don't know, and who don't know or care about you.

26. Dallas - you're ignorant. Many Californians are legal to smoke Marijuana, and here in Oregon, and in 9 other states. We have beautiful cannabis clubs to visit, and even delivery people. All 100% legal. None of us know the whole story. So, yes, I called people morons.... and now I'm even going to single you out and call you a moron ... Dallas, you're a moron.

Obviously you're not supposed to drive under the influence of marijuana, but it is hard to tell when someone smoked last. I would really like to know why she was pulled over to begin with.
