17. to #8. regarding the mcnabb/assisntant case IT IS OLD NEWS.
the case that TMZ posted is against the bar/restaurant, not mcnabb. mcnabb's case was settled.
the crazy lady, maryann cottrell, is now harrassing the owners of the bar/restaurant. she is a menace to gloucester county.
she is giving ADA advocates a bad name. she takes a picture of their vehicles & then sues them. google her name for giggles.

Hader....you obviously dont live here. if you read the article McNabb was having surgery and it was his assistant that parked the car there. also, if you read the article she has done this to several other places which have actually banned her from their premises. two of them being the local public school and rowan university. to single out one place when its obviously an epidemic. is ridiculous. and to blame someone who is in the hospital.

obviously, you are a miserable person clearly we can see that by your name. and anyone that can continue to sit on here and trade barbs with you will continue to waste their time. Because you are a pesimist and have a negative outlook. Facts are facts and clearly you dont have them.

I AM a woman, so your "self important men" comment doesn't work here. But it was a nice try.

McNabb received a ticket for this infraction in 2006, although at the time, he was either still IN the hospital after major hernia surgery (fixing SEVEN tears in his groin area) or he was recovering at home, unable to drive. So calling him a fat ass athlete over this proves you are just grasping at straws for a reason to be angry.

Therefore, I am left to believe you are nothing more than a bitter old hag.

Have a nice day. And next time, do an ounce of research before spewing like you have diarrhea of the mouth.

22. Someone explain this lady's standing under the ADA to me. She's not handicapped. She's not perceived as handicapped. And, she has filled the suit in her own name, not as guardian for her daughter. Methinks this will be dismissed very quickly.

non-handicapped people to park in handicapped spaces.

the truth to the matter is, for a $100 you
can " buy " the handicapped place cards.

with all due consideration that after 6 months of feeding the
meters and at least 1 ticket, it not such a bad investment.

so for the record, everybody who's anyone
with a benjamin to fork over, has got one.......

if you actually counted / apprised all the people with place cards,
MOST all of these people got some B.S. story to go along with it.

28. i didnt say everyone did it and i didnt say that i did it. what i did say is why is she suing just the landmark? again if you lived here and knew anything at all about this women she has gone after several places yet this is the only one that she sues.
