3. and C-Rod (one of the dumbest media given names to date) should get the Coral Gables home... with a catch. let her pay all the taxes on the property as well as for all the hired help, landscaping, maids, etc. let her pay the water bills and the electric bills and maintenance bills.
and no she does not deserve any alimony (although a judge will see it otherwise)... cause she wasn't the one out there swinging a bat every day for several months outta the year. sure baseball is not a contact sport like football.. but these guys are on the road almost 8 months a year for training. these guys get injured and have to have the surgeries to recover to get back out there and do their job as ball players... what was C-Rod doing? she was getting massages and shopping and spending her husbands money. did she have a job? nope!
her job as a wife to a man this rich (seeing as she doesn't have a job) is to f**k her husband. that was her job. and she obviously wasn't doing it right if A-Rod is straying after only a few years of marriage and two kids.
maybe she shoulda practiced those muscle control movements taught to pregnant women so it wouldn't seem like a hot dog down a hallway.

14. Cynthia didn't have a job? Who the hell fed, bathed, played with, hugged, comforted and sought necessary medical care for this a$$hole's children while he was on the road so often?
