Not all pre-nups include a "Cheating Clause", and if they do, it has to be PROVEN...Cynthia is grasping at straws here, likely shooting for the moon in order to get everything she can out of him...And, since it's perfectly acceptable for her to maintain "friendships" with other men, she'd better have some pretty damning evidence for the Courts...She needs to get a job, move on, and be thankful for what she gets...If anything...SHE abandoned the marriage, the home, and even her own children when she took off to Paris...All things considered, I wouldn't grant her a dime if I were the Judge...

22. arod is my fav player and has been since he played at u of miami. i respect him as a player but def. not as a husband. i dont think shes in it for the money. they have been together for a long time. way before they were married. they met back before he was HUGE. whether she deserves alimony, i dunno about all that but she def. should get a big chunk for the kids.

Some of these comments are shameful and most obviously from woman, If you are a mom you too have a responsibility to the kids and bathing playing with them etc are all included in the responsibilities, our society has for to long praised woman in a way for having kids that it has turned into a job, thats bull, and if A-Rod is working all the time to provide a certain lifestyle for himself first and his kids and wife second as he started making money and playing ball before he ever had kids then what does that say about his wife..Far to many rich wives from divorces claim to fame are they had the children or child of a rich man and that is just not good, she should get something because of his dishonesty but to try and take what she has not earned is not fair or right. You woman gotta admit the ride in a rich lifestyle with you not having to do anything regarding work is a nice life, you buy what you want all on his dime do what you want all on his dime, If there is a prenuptial she should get whats listed in it and nothing more thats why these rich people do them, however if judges are just going to do what they want to change them or throw them out why should any man marry a woman if they can't protect any of their assets it doesn't make sense.
