They are in the business to get a story -- and if there is no story -- they will create one, because the public wants gossip, gossip and more gossip. Access Hollywood does it; ET does it, Inside Edition and the local news stations do it as well. That's why we tune in and go on to their websites. I agree that the paparazzi should not approach a celebrity while they are with their kids, but, there is obviously no law that says they cannot do so. If there was an anti-paparazzi law, Princess Diana might still be alive. I'm afraid that they will continue to take pictures and ask sometimes stupid or inappropriate questions, because they can. Unfortunately, if a celebrity is on the street or in a public place, they are fair game.

That's a bunch of crap and you know it! Common sense should know you don't ask divorce questions of front of a child. The poor boy is going to have to deal with a lot of issues in his lifetime. This should be a private matter between GUY and MADONNA. GROW UP TMZ!

19. #18 It's not a bunch of crap! As I said, this is what they do! This is how they make their money! Common sense doesn't exist to these people. They don't care if they someone's kid is crying -- they'll take a picture. These celebs know these vultures are waiting for them at every turn. Yes, this should have been kept private between Guy and Madonna, but everyone knows Madonna is possibly the biggest media-manipulator in the business. It would not surprise me in the least if she leaked this drama. And all this so that she can sell some tickets for her upcoming show? I really feel sorry for Rocco and Lourdes. Look at the example Madonna is setting. Are we supposed to blame TMZ and the paparazzi for Madonna showing her private during one of her concerts, or for her sex book, or for French-kissing Britney, or for her alleged affair with some ball player? That was all her. She does it, they report it. If anyone is screwing up her children, it's her.

20. It is pathetic that everyone is so involved in Madonna and A-Rod who cares! Let us worry who the next President is going to be that will ulitmately be part of a "big role" in our everyday lives.... GUY..if you need some breakfast..Come over I would BE MORE THAN HAPPY to make Breakfast for you and the kids..

21. Shame on you TMZ. Is absolutely nothing sacred to you? This is beyond ridiculous already. I can not believe you would approach this man while he is with his SON to question him on the rumors of divorce. It is sickening. And even more sickening is the female photographer question Guy. I sincerely hope she doesn't have any children. You'd think women would definitely have a clue on what to not to do when there are children involved. Apparently not. Please stop harassing celebrities when they are with their children. It is so low.
