Hulk May Join Nick in the Clink

Hulk Hogan left his signature bandanna at home today, because it could clash with the orange jumpsuit a judge may force him to wear.

Hulk and soon-to-be-ex wife Linda were in court in Clearwater, Fla., as Mrs. H. asked hizzoner to hold her estranged hubby in contempt for failing to close on a $4.2 million Vegas condo.

As we first reported, Hulk wants to bail out on the deal -- even if it means he loses his $840,000 deposit. Linda says they had an agreement to close on the condo and Hulk had no right to withhold the cash.

The judge is expected to rule this week.

UPDATE: Hogan's lawyers told us "It would be extremely unlikely that any judge would send Terry Bollea to jail for asking the court to consider what is appropriate and financially responsible."

Linda won't be able to get child support since the kids are now grown (or soon to be with Nick turning 18 very soon) so she's trying every trick in the book -i.e.. saying Hulk is stalking her and 'fear for her life' crying BS.... now this thing with the condo. She's gonna' try to bleed him dry by making him out to be a monster so she can out of getting a job as long as possible.
Her ploys for $$$ will soon be moot anyway with the lawsuit from John's family. I'm sure they will win a huge judgment. What will Linda do then?? YIKES! She just might have to a J O B sooner rather than later.

Hulk cheated on her the mother of his children she's getting her boobs done over him maybe a lil nip-tuck here and there over the years working hard to be the same women he fell in love with. What dose he do?

44. ...I have to side with Linda on this one. It makes absolutely no sense not to go through with the purchase of the condo ~ you can always resell and try to recoup at least some of your deposit, but to just piss off 840k is crazy!!!

45. Linda wants Hulk to close on the condo so that when their marital assets are divided, that's one more asset that she can claim to own half of. Hulk is right, there's a young man in a hospital that Hulk will have to give a HUGE portion of his fortune to, and add to that that he and Linda are getting divorced, and there's no way he should be FORCED to close on the condo. Hulk said that even if they were still together, with the hospital bill on its way, the best thing for them to do both financially and publicly is to take the $840,000 loss and be done with it. Hulk is trying to do right for his family. Linda is trying to do right by her bank account.
