Shrink: Christie Should Get the Kids

Day four of the divorce cage match -- ding ding! Today a forensic psychiatrist testified that Christie Brinkley's jerk-off husband Peter Cook should not have custody of the kids. Brilliant analysis doctor!

Dr. Stephen Herman testified that pervy Peter's nasty habits were "narcissistic" and "self-destructive," but that doesn't mean he's a bad dad. Doc Herman did say, however, that Cook should not have custody of the couple's two kids.

Both are asking for full custody of the children.

2. I'm team Christie all the way!!! She's beautiful, smart and a great mother. That jerk off Peter Cook needs to get himself into some sort of therapy. What man in his right mind would cheat on Christie Brinkley??? And with some child no less. I also don't have any respect for his teenage lover. She knew what she was doing and played him for all he was worth. She's still a bimbo and always will be.

6. Peter had the affair and addiction to porn but it is Christie that chose to share it with the kids. They are too young to be exposed to it and she admitted herself she told them everything. Add that this is her 4th marriage and all her kids are from different fathers and it would seems she is the more destructive parent.

7. Funny how both sides say they're thinking of the kids' best interests, but the kids will suffer most in the end. Peter is a weenie and Christie is being pretty self-righteous about all this, so I'm on nobody's side. I just hope the little ones turn out to be decent, successful people, like Alexa Joel.

11. Any many who would cheat on someone like Christie, is nuts!!! He is a sex addict and needs help. There is no way he should see the kids, he threw that away with his actions. He is a known drug dealer on top of that. No one should expose those kids to his behavior, especially unsupervised. I hope Christie can move on and not be embarrassed as it is not her fault, he is just sick. Even the court appoint shrink says he has problems and needs help. I hope the judge is listening.

12. Why in the world are they both asking for FULL custody?? The judge should just tell them it's going to be joint custody. This is a big circus and it looks like any other divorce to me.

15. When millions of dollars are involved it's never just another divorce! Another thing, that perv has the audacity to ask for full custody??!!!! First of all Christie's son Jack isn't even the perv's son, he adopted him! He's got a God complex and thinks the world adores him, not so. I'm so happy CB exposed him for the slimeball he is.
