34. They should share and have joint custody. This is just grandstanding--her for rvenge and he, to show Christie she can't always have it her way. IMO, it's going too far to call him a pervert--the guy loves sex and let's face it, it feels good!!! It's also been written that he lived off Christie. That's just not true--he has plenty of money in his portfolio, remember he's a well known architect in that area of the Haptons, etc. An earlier poster ennumerated her other husbands & the reasons for their demise, forgetting that she lived with another guy for a couple of years and it was he who died. She also had an affair with Taubman while married to Billy Joel, got pregnant and then married him. She was also pregnant when she married Peter Cook, but now is acting morally superior.

Except for the thing with Taubman, her marriage record isn't THAT bad,..., 8, 9 and 11 years! However, I presonally wouldn't marry that many times. She blames the whole Taubman thing on post traumatic stress syndrome after the copter crash!

38. Get over it PRUDES. Peter Cook is not the only person on the planet who likes porn. It's a billion dollar industry, so plenty of men and women , all over the world, are looking at it, enjoying it and getting off on it. All you prudes, I bet some of your friends, neighbors and relatives are even looking at it right this minute! It doesn't make them perverts or bad people either. There are plenty of bad people and bad parents out there who have no interest in porn, so stop being so narrow minded and judgemental.
If it wasn't for men liking to look at sexy women, where would Christie be? When she was young, she posed half undressed all the time and cultivated a sexy image. Her job then was to sell sex. Some would even call her provocative pictures soft porn. Even now, as an aging model, she's still desperate to hang on to that image. Why else would she wear such super tight skirts with even tighter blouses that accentuate her breast implants and nipples?

40. Christie wanted the legal action to be public! Sick, Sick, Sick. This was for her and only her benefit only to show herself as the wounded party. Apparently she didn't care enough about her children to keep this private.

41. Hell hath no fury as a woman scourned. How DARE Peter look at other women, after all, Christie says, "I'm waaaay better than all the rest". She's so full of herself, and bringing this whole thing to a court open to the public just proves her narcism. Peter did wrong, yes, but get over yourself already you has been Christie. 42. Christie, when you slam your childrens' fathe,r like you are, in public, you are talking about 50% of who they are. Have you ever been through that. You are telling your children that 50% of who they are is unfit. Get over it, stop this nonsense and try to save what little self esteem they might have. You have enough money to have your picket fence without him and spend time with your children, not worrying about where there college $$ is going to come from, let alone their meals. Save what dignity you can and get on with your life.

44. Christie couldn't pay for this kind of publicity. There must be nothing more frightening to a middle-aged beauty queen (not even an actress) that to lose the public's adulation. Heck, she can always replace her husband (something she's well practiced in doing) but she can't replace her face or body. I think her agent's having a wet dream (in the figurative sense for all the prudish women we've already heard from).
