16. First, why doesn't he have his own house? They CAN do a DNA test on the poop - LOL. I hate people that don't scoop their poop - it should be smeared in their hair if they don't scoop it. 27. first thing.....EWWW! second thing...does it really take a jury to make a decision about dog poop? what is dane going to do? bring in samples of the poop and have a dna test done on it and the dog? this is just ridiculous....what a moron. memo to dane. first: take doggy OUTSIDE on a leash. second: let dog do his business. third: put on plastic gloves. fourth: pick up poop and place in trash bag and dispose of it properly. fifth: take doggie back inside and wash hands. sounds easy enough to me. it's called being a responsible dog owner. if you don't want to pick up poop, don't get a dog. i can just hear the jury cracking up laughing over having to sit there and listen to "the case of the pooping dog". hey joe francis came up with "girls gone wild". maybe dane cook can make "dog poop gone wild". this is just so stupid. evict his butt.
