Scott Barry, the manager of Dane Cook's apartment complex, just squeezed out his testimony -- saying he never witnessed another owner not pick up their pup's nuggets.
Barry also said he received written complaints about Beast's brown burdens, but did not solicit anyone to write them.

5. What a waste of taxpayer dollars for this to even go to trial! Why doesn't Dane Cook just cop to his dog sh*t and pay whatever he has to and from now on, pick up after his dang dog!
