sometimes, don't you wish you were a dog
that can walk up and just take a good sniff......
I've had a boston terrier for years, and they are prone to luxating patellas, or 'knee dysplaysia' which is a very painful condition. It looks like what this is what Famke's boston has, and if it's bad enough for the dog to limp like that she needs to cough up the cash for the surgery to repair it.
Her dog isn't hurt... my little pup has the same problem... it's a luxating patella, or moving knee cap. Once the dog stretches his leg out a bit he's fine!
Our Boston Terrier has the same exact problem...if it was too painful the dog would not be walking around. She most likely was resting on the ride to the airport and had to get up quickly without stretching first. I am sure her pup would rather be out walking around like this instead of being zipped up in a carrier which she will need to be when it boards the plane.
Maybe if TMZ wasn't in the woman's face, she would have noticed and picked up her pup. C'mon..the title for this story is lame. Maybe hire a couple people over 16 and we could get some better ideas flowing over there...just a suggestion!

I love y'alls sight but I agree. Learna bit about boston terrier's before you bust on the owner for being a horrible parent. Walking can actually help that knee go back into place. The surgery is only required if the knee does that the majority of the time and doesn't slip back into place on its own. Give her a break--whoever she might be.
I dont care if its a common thing or not. If your dog has this issue then put it in the freaking carrier so it doesnt have to walk all over with a messed up leg in excruciating pain. Poor little doggy. I HATE it when people abuse their pets. Animal abusers deserve to be SHOT!!!
He sure is a cute little Boston Terrier, and it is true that they are prone to a luxating patella, which are a problem in the Boston Terrier breed. Surgery is helpful in alot of cases, and I'm sure she is getting the advice of a veterinarian on it as it is a well known issue with many small dog breeds.
