213. Are you people kidding me?? This is just sensationalist garbage. The girl is just having fun and is really not doing anything bad. What are we, a nation of Puritans? And those who are posting about how this is a bad example for your children, SHAME ON YOU! Why don't you try setting an example for your children by being decent parents! You are relying on semi-celebrities to do so?? The real problem with today's youth is a lack of responsibility by the morons whom are having children with no regard for the future of their kids. I am so tired of you hippocrates! Get off your asses, rip the video game controllers from their hands, and spend some quality time with your kids. Then maybe the things that people do that end up on the internet, regardless of degree, will not affect your kids. Also, stop feeding them fast food if you really care. Poisining them and leading them towards diabetes and heart disease far outweighs (literally) a couple of hand gestures they may see on the internet. It's that simple.

219. I've met Elyse more than a few times as we went to college together, and although I don't claim being best friends, this is a smart, outstanding, and upscale woman. It's a shame for people to think these pictures are of "inappropriate" nature when I don't see a "bimbo trying to show off her body," but a woman just having fun. Those of you who have been around any 20-something group of people, regardless of who they are, take some sort of pictures that others would considering "racy."

For those who haven't got the pleasure of meeting Elyse, she's genuine, compassionate, witty, and was an upstanding Miss Washington. It's unfortunate that these photos made it to press before she got to finish out her year in what should have been all of its glory. However, Elyse, all of us Washingtonians are behind you.

221. I have never liked her. I watched the MIss America reality show and she just made me cringe. FAKE!! Never once said anything real during the entire course of the show. Like this quote,"Well, someone has to win." She probably had the most camera time of any girl on the show. So, when the pageant came on, I was fearing that she would take the crown. When she got into the top five, I was thinking, "Oh no, she's going to win!" When she got 2nd runner up. I was so happy.
P.S. The Winner of Miss America deserves the crown. Look back to the reality show: She's wearing glasses through some scenes. She also hardly ever had any camera time.

222. Have any of you people seen a college aged person's facebook/myspace? What is the big deal? This is not all that shocking to look at. Sure, she's a representative of the wonderful state of Washington, but we need to put on the grown-up pants and reassess whether this is all that big of a deal; after all, her crown is gone soon.

Why are we paying so much attention to it? Girls will see the attention and say, "if I do that, then I will get lots of people to talk." If you really don't want children to learn from this, why do you give it so much of a spotlight? Demand is supplied by our friends at TMZ.

Maybe before you talk about what a bitch and whore she is, you might think about your college/high school days. Very few of us were angels then.
