18. This makes me mad!!!! This was not his sister, not his brother, mother, father, or child. Just because he is famous and has money does not by any means obligate him to pay for anything!!!! If he was not famous and still had money would this be a problem??? It is very nice of him to offer to pay for what he has, but what right does ANYONE, including his family to just atomatically assume that he is going to pay for all of this. You know, most people being celebs would not have even showed, being that they lose sight of what is really important. From what it sounds like, even though it was not a close cousin, he was there in person, didnt just send flowers or and assistant!!! If it were 10 years ago and he was not famous would they still expect to pay??? NO.

19. woooow this is getting outta hand my homegirl is turning in her grave.Yes Game is not resposible for paying nothing but however he should'nt say one thing and do another thats foul. I love my kinfolk but its already raggedy our whole family so everybody surprise why? 23. I was there and that is not what happened. There have not been fights at every funeral. He volunteered to pay and then reniged. It was disrespectful and mean spirited and had absolutely nothing to do with other than him keeping his word and believing that it is okay to physically attack a greiving family member.

24. just because he has the money doesn't mean that his family should EXPECT him to pay for his COUSINS funeral. for god's sake what if he was just another broke man then what would have the family done then. pay for it themselves. everyone wants a piece of the money train and they are not the ones out there working for it. Even if he has it and even if he offereded to pay for what ever he wanted to pay they should have been greatful and accepted and moved on. Game right on with FAMILY like that who needs enemies!!!! money & family never a good combination to mix.

25. I am the mother of the deceased, Shannon Johnson. The call went out to all family members for financial assistance. Jayceon volunteered to pick up 50% of the tab for the funeral. This was Friday, June 27th my daughter's birthday the day after she passed. The deadline for payment was Monday the 30th. Jayceon said since the 30th was his son Harlem's birthday the family would get together for his birthday and he would give my daughter Danielle the money who was handling the funeral arrangements. Not hearing from Jayceon on the 30th as promised my daughter waited most of the day and finally decided to call him. At that time she found out that he had changed his phone number. That left about 3 hours to get the payment in in full. I had no knowledge of Jayceon's volunteering to pay until he failed to pay. My daughter had mentioned over the weekend before the 30th do not worry everything is taken care of. Without his help all was paid in full by the deadline...

26. Coming from a person who has “the money” in my family I know how easy it is for the family to expect for you to rescue everybody from their “situation”. If Pooky go to jail they expect for you to come running, Shay Shay getting evicted your phone is ringing or if cousin Shannon dies they want you to pick up the tab. It’s not his fault his cousin didn’t pay her insurance bill.

27. After the deadline a family member called and said that Jayceon would pay for the casket and the flowers. They were told that everything was paid in full and we did not need Jayceon's help. Without his help in any way my daughter had a beautifully uplifting homegoing celebration until Jayceon disrupted the funeral culminating with theassault my son without provocation. We understand why Jayceon is so troubled instead of his parents diffusing the situation they encouraged his horrendous behavior. They were active participants to the disrespect shown to my lovely daughter and the attack on my son. George Taylor, Jayceon's father provided a weapon( a wooden cane) and encouraged his daughter, Sharoni Taylor to use it on my son's head during the fray. Lynette Baker, Jayceon's mother threatened a mourner who tried to intervene and used extreme obscenties while Jayceon, Sharoni and Stixx Williams pummelted my son. The lost of my daughter and the attack on my son magnifies my grief beyond measure. I pray no other mother will have ever have to endure an experience where a solemn event celebrating their child's life is turned into platform for performers. Jayceon has no reason to hate his family and I will continue love him and pray for him always.
