18. Don't believe it... have known Tony for a long time. Most likely she was an easy girl who didn't get the response or attention from Tony that she wanted. He comes from a great family and support system. I used to date him, he's a great guy and has no need to rape a girl. He is very respectful of women.

19. Wow...I am reading this and thinking that if Elvis calls himself a friend, who the hell needs enemies...He mentioned the back room....What goes on back there after hours? Do you stick around Elvis? If so, you might be a witness or an accomplice, so which one are you? If you say he can have a pick of any woman in the club, who's to say he didn't? Have you ever read a Rapist profile? They look just like you or me. They usually have a nice home and family and act very caring. There is something in their head that work different than what we (society) find acceptable. They are human on the outside, but animals on the inside. If you read the counts he is charged with, you wouldn't be claiming willing act for money. "inflicted great bodily injury upon the victim" Yeah, I see how this must be all fun and games. Either you are sick as well and really see no harm, or you are blinded by keeping a friend or a job. OPEN you eyes..........Let the jury decide what evidence is put into play. But don't say "I stand by Tony's side and rebuke anybody who says that he is guilty", what if he is? What if it was your daughter as the victim?

24. I've frequently have visited Zendejas night club and have met Tony as well. We having nothing but good times and enjoy the surroundings as far as other customers and staff. I can't say wether Tony is guilty or not, but i can give an opinion on my observation of people like Bristow Grey wether it be there at Zendejas or any Night Club. Hear you have someone that claims it's a "JANKY and SHADY" place, but yet will comment on how they go there "Many of Times". This is the person that goes out with just enough money to get in then stands or sits where everyone can see him, but yet is still not seen. Then gets mad at the waitresses for not refilling the persons cherries in their sprite every 10 minutes. This would the person I would watch out for slipping something in women or men's drinks.

The entire situation is a tragedy, I have known Tony for over a decade and he has never made me or anyone I know ever feel like anything but family, he is a warm, sweet man who lives life the fullest.
