76. Maybe his hair is long so he can hide his eyes from his mother's hideous clothes!!

77. Why pick on the kids of celebs? Slow news day. Calling them names to boot is even low for you guys. Face it without the celebs you would all be flippin burgers for a living.

79. Celine, be a MOM and get your kid's hair cut. The same goes for you, Kate Hudson. YOU are the grown-up; YOU make the rules!

82. #70 is the only person on here with a brain! Personally, I don't think the kid's hair looks good at all. I'd never allow my 2 sons to look like that. But saying that Child Protective Services should be called just because the kid has long hair is really stupid. That is nothing to joke about. CPS is there to protect kids that are being abused, starved, neglected, etc. They are not there to take calls from morons who have nothing better to do with their time. I have had CPS called on me in retaliation for quitting a job. (My boss was a vindictive a$$hole but that's beside the point.) If you've got a problem with the way someone looks, that's YOUR problem. Bringing CPS into it when there's no abuse or anything is just stupid and traumatic for the kids involved. There are idiots reading this right now who are probably pissed off at someone and will call CPS now to get back at them, thinking it's a good idea. REAL IRRESPONSIBLE, TMZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

83. Celine come on!!!! Your son looks REDICULOUS! These are the years that his identity is being formulated. For him to be starting out life with a gender confused image that causes him to be the target of jokes and criticisim while you stand by claiming "this is what he wants" borders on child abuse! Why on earth you would wish for your son to be presented to the world as some kind of weirdo is beyond understanding. I feel very sorry for him.

84. THE KID IS GOING TO GROW UP AND BE SO EMBARRASED..AND ASK "WHY DID YOU LET ME WALK AROUND LOOKING LIKE THAT"

85. I don't think there is anything wrong with a kid having long hair per se. If he wants a buzz cut sometimes, or a mohawk, or whatever, fine. But the problem is that he is calling the shots: It's not even trimmed, just all long and snaggly, as if no one is allowed to come near him with scissors. Not good for him. More importantly, he's probably getting his self-image all tied up with this long hair. You can see this happen with girls, too -- they have this excessively long hair all their lives and then they just can't bring themselves to cut it when they're well past the age that it's appropriate or attractive, and they're stuck in a time warp. It becomes a 'thing' with them, and they have a hard time breaking out of it. The parents should at least insist that it is trimmed -- they are the parents, after all. He won't let anyone cut it? Oh, please...

87. hehehe #73 whatthefrig. You collect the TMZ prize for guessing correctly. And your prize is a plane ticket and a pair of scissors so you can go to the Dion household and cut that kids hair!!!!!

88. 60. He doesn't want his hair cut????

My son said the same thing, along with -
"I don't want to got to bed"
"I don't want to eat my vegetables"
"I don't want to go to school"
"I don't want to take a bath"
"I don't want to go to the doctor"
etc..................

Looks like Celine needs some parenting classes.

Now that's the most intelligent thing I've seen her yet!!

89. I am for picking on celebs but LEAVE THEIR CHILDREN ALONE. THAT IS CROSSING A LINE. Growing up in hard enough. To have TMZ picking on him is wrong.

90. Long Hair on some boys works, but not on all, and Definitely NOT on this one! It just make him look more like a girl than a boy. These pics are going to come back to haunt him some day. I know this from personal experience. :(
