Hollywood DUI Suspect Charged With Felony

Heather AugerThe woman who allegedly hit someone outside STK restaurant in West Hollywood has been charged with felony hit and run.

The L.A. County D.A. has charged Heather Auger with leaving the scene of an accident, DUI causing injury and driving with a .08 blood-alcohol level causing injury. All three are felonies.

The woman she allegedly hit - Lucy Crawford - a make-up artist in her mid 20's who's worked with Heath Ledger, Winona Ryder and Pam Anderson -- is still really messed up.

7. Correction, not a waste of taxpayer's money. One of the fines she will have to pay is for her trial. She might even have to spend time in jail.

I think I remember reading that her pelvis is broken. some teeth were knocked out. considering the impact needed to kmock teeth out not sure of head or spinal injurys. sorry. oh! and to make matters worse the poor girl doesn't have health insurance.

13. Felony charges are usally severe, I feel sorry for her and the girl that got hit. I wish them both the best. We all make stupid decisions and crap happens. The driver should be punished but don't ruin her life she we all deserve second chances.

14. She should not get off easy. This woman she hit was just out having fun, not doing anything wrong and her life has been turned upside down by this dumb girl who decided to get wasted and drive. She should serve jail time and I dont mean 8 minutes either.

15. You people are incredible!! A mistake is when you put on one blue sock and one black sock, or buy whole milk when you meant to buy 1%!! She hurt and could have killed someone due to her choice to drive drunk. If you know you're going to be drinking, get someone else to drive or take a taxi. That's just irresponsible.
