It took less than one round for has-been, whistleblowing Jose Canseco to get his ass handed to him by former Philadelphia Eagle Vai Sikahema at the "War at the Shore" last night.
Vai -- who's only 5'9" -- knocked 6'4" Canseco down twice before the fight was stopped.
1. Canseco must be really desperate for money to get in the ring with a former Golden Glover. This should also end all the nonsense talk from Canseco about being a black belt martial artist. Welcome to the real world!

8. Any person who knows how to throw a punch taking on one who doesnt, no matter the size difference---the one knowing wins every single solitary time. Look at the form on the right cross in the picture----dang near perfect, with his hips leading the shot and into it...Jose felt the brunt of this punch for sure, look at his own form---he's not covered up correctly nor is he throwing a punch. He's basically doing nothing.
Nice work on Vai's part---but thats because he knows how to throw a punch, and Jose does not.
It works for any man, any size...

10. I was kinda sorry to see them wearing head gear - I would've loved to see some of Jose's teeth go flying. The difference between Vai and Jose? Vai TRAINED - and spent time in the gym with Larry Holmes. Jose didn't take this seriously and sat around on his fat ass.

12. I think the best part is that Canseco didn't even bother to train at all and partied all night in the casino. We saw him kicking back the drinks.
Canseco came into Philly running his mouth and being the world class ass that he is.
The best think is that Vai donated his wiinings to the family of one of the police officers killed in the line last year.
