77. A-Rod has every right to see his children even if he cheated on her. His kids have the right to know and love their dad. He is a very good looking successful man. He probably should have never decided to marry this woman or anyone else for that matter. He should've developed his character as much as he developed his baseball career. I'm a Yankee fan and really liked him before this, I hope he does right by his soon to be ex and kids.

80. #86...He's already had the chance to do "right by his wife (not ex yet) and kids and apparently chose not to...if you believe the press. And he shouldn't have every right to see his kids if he is being unfaithful to his wife (and in turn unfaithful to his "family" which includes the kids. The more we become desensitized to this, the more it happens, and the more it demeans the "family" core.

PS all - Cynthia didn't bring the baby because ARod has barely spent ten seconds with her since her birth and, in fact, barely made an appearance at the hospital for the event. A friend of his commenting about the Madonna story said, "well he and Cynthia had been having problems for the past three months or so." Ya, since she gave birth and he had no time for her or the baby - but plenty of time to hang out at Madonna's at all hours. What a great guy!

82. snotty snob - As long as he is a good father and treats his children properly when he is around them, then yes he has EVERY right to see his children. Just because the man is a bad husband and cheated doesn't make him a bad father. Withholding children just because you are angry at your spouse for cheating is wrong and it just hurts the children even further.

84. I find it very interesting everyone is jumping all over A-Rod, yet his wife is a cheater as well. You'll never know the whole story no matter how much is written, so there's no point in speculating. Besides. she's with him for his money, that should answer your questions as to why she had kids with him. More abbies, more money she'll get and the more sympathy from all the suckers. She's way smarter than anyone is giving her credit for, it's him you should feel sorry for.

85. She knew what he was like and still married him and then had children. She isn't very intelligent. A family is destroyed. She looks like a major bitch. Alex will continue to enjoy his life and all the women he wants.
