16. Diane's way off. She is sitting there acting like she knows what went wrong in Britney's life, when infact she doesn't. Britney didn't act that far out when it comes right down to it, but ofcourse things get blown out of proportion by the media and people like Diana fall for all of it and sit there saying that Brtney is the one that's messed up. As for K-fan, it's obvious he is not the best father in the world just by listening to his album attempt. His maturity is blatently shown in all it's awe and it sure isn't that of a powerful father figure. Ofcourse people like Diane are going to say it's just music, though to true hip hop heads, that was more than music, that was a representaion of the game and it was shameful. The dude even went so far as claiming he's the "beast"? It sounds like he has some serious mental issues, not Brit. All I have seen is a young mother torn apart because she can't have the time with her kids that she needs. Furthermore, people like Diane and Harriet are nothing less than apathetic know it alls that fall for anything.

17. Britney's volatile personality is not good for the kids, I don't see how a judge can look at the facts and not serve the best interest of the kids. K-fed sperm was the smartest thing in Britney. K-fed dragging it on will probably get him more money and also run Britney's name even further through the mud. It's best for Britney, for the kids, her failing career and soon to be financially to bite the bullet and settle.

21. She has to be babysat herself, how can she care for her own children? She was losing it way before Kevin. The 55 hour marriage in Vegas?! After the divorce, when she had the kids, all the partying....

Kevin in not perfect. Yes, he goes to Vegas, and gets PAID to show up...that's called a paycheck boys and girls. I know a mother who is very well off and lost her kids for much less, my husbands ex-wife! My hubby travels a lot more than Kevin and all our kids are doing great!

I'm for more visits (for the kids, not her), after Daddy's gone, let's see how she behaves. The kids welfare is primary.

She basically found new and creative ways to humiliate yourself on a daily basis. I bet you think that her being dragged away, naked and strapped to a gurney and the moon landing are faked too. Um, yeah, right. Um hum. He goes there for the paycheck which he brings home and pays the utility bill with, right? Oh .. sorry, I had him mixed up with someone who earns a paycheck and actually does something useful with it. He spends it on drugs, alcohol and hookers and Britney pays his legal fees, his mortgage, buys his food, pays for the nanny and the bodyguard, and probably even the baggy white t-s and shorts and his entrance fees into his, um, golf tourneys. Gimme a break. Yes, Lufti WAS drugging her and making her act crazy. K-slouch, Lufti, et al. had a pretty good thing going ... but... IT IS GOING TO STOP. That next paycheck you earn in Vegas, K-shiit, might actually have to buy the toilet paper that you wipe your ass with.

Yes, the courts appointed her father to watch over her after she was hospitalized twice! They don't do that on a whim.

Examples of why my husband and I have his kids over his ex-wife, well, not unlike Britney, she thought parenting was handing her Amex to her then 13 year old daughter and letting her run the malls all weekend. Lack of school involvement, allowing an 11 and 13 year olds to watch themselves after school until she came home from work (sometimes late hours) and having boyfriends sleep over with the children in the home.

Britneys parting was so much more than "only when their father had them" and " more than 5 times". Running around with Paris Hilton and Lindsey Lohan for more like 5 months. Showing her privates to the world. Sloppy drunk leaving clubs....

Quickie wedding was a drunken whim....

I will agree, that there are many unfit mothers out there that have custody, but in this case, there was a court monitor that made a report, and that held weight.

I applaud both parent for keeping the cameras out of the courtroom. Regardless of the cause, the kids do not need to see anymore of Britneys antics when they are old enough to use the net.

I'm not rooting for the girl to fail. To the contrary, I hope she gets better. It's just not time for custody. Only my opinion.
