It means she didn't want to give up her children, and they felt she was sick because of it and that's fine, who are you to judge? The truth is that Kevin's holding all the cards here. Kevin wants 100% permanent custody, and he'll probably get it seeing that Britney is still under the conservatorship. This makes her a legal "child". Who is going to give a child custody of other children?

The conservatorship won't end automatically on July 31st if there is still reason to continue it. Only the court has the reports on her condition - so maybe it will end, or maybe it won't. As far as I know, Britney still hasn't completed her deposition for the custody trial. It seems that she hasn't been capable of completing it.

Kevin is only offering visitation to Britney, not any type of custody. In my opinion, Britney should accept visitation until it's clear whether or not she will still be under the conservatorship. Maybe she can try for expanded visitation until she is able to do what is required of her.

As a side note, the restraining order against Sam Lutfi ends on July 31st. If she lets this guy anywhere near her, that would prove to me, that she should NEVER have any custody of her sons.

41. If this was in the "real world" Britney would have LOST CUSTODY OF HER KIDS AND MAYBE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SEE THEM TILL EACH WAS 18. I know 'someone' who fought so hard for her child, did EVERTHING ON THE 'SERVICE PLAN' AND LOST CUSTODY OF HER CHILD. SHE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE. Difference between her and Britney: She doesn't have the huge amount of money that Britney has.. "justice" sucks....
