18. Have anyone even considered that Katie didn't recognize A-Rod or didn't know who the hell he is???Maybe she doesn't follow baseball. She just thought its just a horny hispanic guy trying to hit on her and get her pot of gold.It's New York you can't be too careful.Maybe all grossly overpaid celebrities don't all know each other.A-Rod WAS probably trying to hit on her though,been feeling kinda lonely after her divorce.Hahaha.

20. She has been tabloid fodder herself. She acts as though she were a celebrity. She was not being high-minded, she just doesn't have a journalist's instincts.

He's only worthy of gossip columns because of the Madonna mention, since he's just another dime-a-dozen overpaid sports guy that no one outside of Yankees fans cares about (or knows about).

22. Katie Couric is a hack. I'm hoping CBS comes to it's senses and puts Bob Schieffer back in the main position. I haven't watched CBS since she took over. (Well I watched it once to see how truly bad she is.)

24. hmmm...i actually have new found respect for Couric. Why in the world would the news anchor for CBS entangle herself in the A-Rod/Madge pr stunt?? Those two idiots belong on the cover of the National Enquirer not on CBS. Madonna is an over-the-hill pr WHORE that no one cares about. No coincidence that this stuff is happening just before the old biddy's tour - btw half of which is unsold. Look for a few canceled shows down the road, because no one cares. She is an irrelevant lip syncher with a fake accent.
