Whitaker May Wack Indecent Exposure Defendant
Forest Whitaker may have won an Oscar, but in Hollywood circles these days he's not a whole lot more than prospective juror #14.
We got the tip Forest Whitaker is at an L.A. courthouse as a possible juror in a case where the defendant is charged with indecent exposure.
Forest is sitting in the courtroom, waiting to be questioned by lawyers, and he's finding the whole thing real amusing, yucking up a storm in the peanut gallery.
UPDATE 4:50 PM PT -- The jurors for the case have been selected ... and Forest ain't one of 'em. He was one of the last people excused from the case.
