61. So, at this point, it seems to be over. Well, Karma can be a tough thing and all will get their due in the end. Britney has gotten exactly what she deserved in all this. Her actions from the past, not the crazy crap she has been doing in the last 2 years or so, but back when she was younger, has all caught up with her. She screwed over Justin, she screwed over others, she is arrogant as anything and it all bit her. She is the one that chased Federline while he was with another woman. So, it bit her back. Kevin will get his and Papa Spears is having to clean up on all the crap that he should have handled with his daughters a long time ago. Way to go, Lynn Spears, you made a huge mess in bringing up your daughters.

62. The thing I find saddest is the fact that Spears and federline made 2 kids that neither are capable of raising. Not everyone is parent material. Just because you have a baby does not mean that you instantly bond with it. And she had 2 babies in less than 3 years. My mother had 3 in 3 years and she never bonded with them. Obviously Federline was into Spears for her money. Obviously Spears is not bright. She has been pimped out by an overly ambitious mother since her childhood. She has no education, no growing experiences other than supporting her family....a heavy burden for any child. She was not ready for marriage or kids...she may never be ready. Federline is a jerk. How does he pay child support for his kids with Shar Jackson? Easy, Spears pays it. The ones who are paying the heavy price are all the kids. If the father of my kids took off to Vegas, to party etc. I would kick his ass. Mr. Federline needs to get a job. a real job. He is no singer or dancer. He is no actor. He is a leech. Those 2 little boys don't stand a chance in hell. Britney obviously did not want custody either or she would have fought for it. Be careful what you wish for to those of you still obcessed with making your child the next big star.

64. He is such a piece of crap. I can't believe the courts won't make him get a 9 to 5 job. He is such a loser. And Britney didn't give her kids away, she has a diagnosed mental imbalance. 66. P.S. Legal and physical custody were never at issue because of the conservatorship. The fact is, since last month, Brit has almost doubled her custodial time with the kids.

If that statement is true, which I believe it is, Britney (or her Dad) made a smart move. Why keep running up legal bills to fight for something you cannot have right now. Her time with the boys has been increasing and probably will continue to do so. She should pay fair child support (I only wish there was some way for the courts to monitor that the support was being spen solely on the two children that they had together - e.g, he isn't paying for his other kids from Brit's money - that is KF's and Shar's problem - paying for the other two.). As far as KF getting a job, as much as I hate him, it is true that IF he is going to be a full-time 100% responsible parent, then he should not have to work b/c their mother does have tons of money. BUT...time to get the bodyguard off the payroll (as much as he has seemed to be a stable factor in the kids life). KF should now drive his kids whereever they go by himself. As far as the nanny, if he is a stay-at-home dad, he shouldn't need her full time - he can take the kids to the gym himself. If he wants to go out, get a babysitter like normal people. If he is truly ready for 100% sole and legal custody, then he should be forced to act like it. I do believe that as time goes by, the custody arrangement may be modified (if the conservatorship should ever end. By that time, KF will probably be sick of the kids cramping his style. I hope tmz or someone follows him around and watches him being a full-time dad and deal with everything that comes with it. Wonder how he is really feeling right now? Having full legal and physical custody of two toddlers (not to mention the other two) could certainly cramp his style. Let's see if he really is "father of the year" material. I wish them all the best.

Whether or not he is in it for the money he has stepped up to the plate because this bia doesn't want her kids If this would have been an aunt or uncle that was getting $20k a month would everyone still be p'ed off? The answer is no...he has proved that he can and wants to take care of these children so everyone should give him a break.

She got what she wanted, she’s a free, single person again, and only has to be a part-time mother. $20,000 a month is cheap with her monthly income. The kids look happy, healthy, and well taken care of thanks to their dad. Give credit where credit is due. It’s about the kids, not the parents.

If you have been listening to the reports and reading the sites and actual news sites, she had no chance at this point in her life of getting any kind of custody. Why continue to pay Kaplan when she knew what the outcome would be? She wants more and more visitation and is getting it. She is also working her butt off the support just about everyone. She made a smart move (e.g., apparently has very smart advisors). Down the road she can revisit the custody arrangement and in the meantime still spend time with her kids and fu*k KF at the same time - he never wanted those kids - not when they were infants or now ... they, he thought were his insurance policies. He never thought she would give him 100% custody - he was looking for a big payday w/o having responsibility for the kids. Oh, and the reason they look so well cared for, you can thank the nanny for that!

Ugh, not to mention that "he has stepped up to the plate because this bia doesn't want her kids ". Um, aren't they HIS kids also???? He didn't have to wait to "step up to the plate ..." he should have been in it for the WHOLE game as a started from the first pitch of the first inning (or even at the beginning of the National Anthem). Instead he was sitting in the bleachers, drinking, whoring, doing drugs and avoiding the "family". Stepping up to the plate at the bottom of the 9th just doesn't cut it in my book. What is wrong with you people?????
