Kriminal Kardashian Out of the Klink!

For those of you who had 173 minutes time served in the office pool -- drinks are on you!

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department website, Khloe Khardashian is now on the loose again, free as a bird to party it up at Hyde and dine at Wendy's.

How's that compare to her fellow celeb inmates? Nicole did 82 minutes, Lindsay did 84. Khloe did roughly 100 more minutes. That's a hardened criminal!

A Sheriff's spokesperson tells us she was released because female inmates are eligible for early release due to overcrowding. We're told there's only one female jail and it's "busting at the seams."

UPDATE: Khloe's uber-attorney Shawn Chapman Holley has just issued the following statement: "Khloe was prepared to serve her entire sentence if that is what the Sheriff's Department had ordered. Having said that, she is, of course, happy to have been released and she is looking forward to fulfilling all the conditions of her probation."

47. I thought she would serve at least 3 days. Come on, that's not punishment at all, it's a photo-op. It is easier not to comply with the terms of probation and do a few hours in a jail cell, minus the booking time, etc. I mean, that's just like waiting in the doctor's office. Big punishment. She got out of community service, nice job. Now she has to complete her alcohol treatment program, better not screw that up, or maybe she'll just get 15 minutes in the slammer, big deal. I guess we need another female jail then. Paris got screwed compared to the others.

55. How vulgar. I think the Feds need to look into why celebrities recieve preferential treatment when arrested and jailed. The tax payers in LA should demand it! If the jail is as overcrowded as they claim, why is it that celebrities get released early and regular people do not?

59. If she was so willing to serve the entire time, let her come up to Solano County we have plenty of bed spaces for her at our County Jail in the dorm room settings that house 60 prisoners each. They don't know who she is, apparently no one outside of Hollywood does, so she has no need for a private cell. That way she can practice her social interaction skills with us regular folk and she can then get all comfie with the local homegirls. Each day, after rising at 5am, having a breakfast of oak meal,cold cereal, or powdered eggs, she can then report for our Highway aerobics clean up program in 118 degree heat. Tell her lawyer we'll cover the airfare, just let us know what size of exercie workout orange sweat suit shirt and pants we need to order.
Yeah, the day one of these Hoolywood "bimbettes" serves a "jail sentence" like the rest of us "regular folks" will be a cold day in hell.
