Paul Simon is suing a wall clock distributor for using the song "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" to keep time.
Simon filed suit in Manhattan federal court today, claiming Rhythm USA Inc. has sold 40,000 wall clocks that play versions of his legendary tune.
Simon wants to clean the company's clock to the tune of $10 mil. Like a "Bridge Over Troubled Waters," that should ease his mind.
16. Greed will out and here is a perfect example. I would not buy such a clock and I certainly would not pay a penny more to have simon's music rattling at me while keeping the hour of the day.

20. I LOVE Paul Simon and used to love Simon and Garfunkle (way) back in the day. I hope he doesn't mind the conservative group "Americans For Prosperity" using his song in their YouTube video. The song is "You Can Call Me Al" and it's on the blog at the TOP of this Myspace page. TAKE A LOOK!!! If he DOES mind, (maybe he's a dumb liberal) then I will NO LONGER be a fan. I only HOPE that he doesn't try to sue them!!!
