166. Yes, John remains in a coma, but he is not brain dead. There is still hope. I hate the Hogans just as much as anyone, but if you people sincerely cared about John, wouldn't you stay hopeful ... since there IS a chance he could come out of it? Call for the Hogans' heads on platters please, but don't give up on John.

What I don't understand is why they continue to keep John alive, his injuries are so severe he will never be able to live his life, he is in a vegetative state, they are only making him suffer even MORE. In my personal opinion I would never want to be in a hospital for the rest of my life, much less at home not being able to function at all by myself or have people constantly looking after me. Ive seen the video of him in hospital and I do think its unfair, I think the family really needs to let go of their son. Yes I agree its incredibly awful what happened but they need to think about what their son would WANT WITH HIS LIFE and not only think about what THEY want. Also it was partly Johns responsibility too, he CHOSE to get in that car with Nick, he KNEW Nick was intoxicated.

168. again, it's nick's atty. that says that john wasn't buckled in, the fact john was never ejected from the car and didn't move away from his seat is enough proof that something restrained him. and the fact that nick crashed from the rear passenger side and john didn't go thru the windshield and the fact the back of his skull was crushed by his headrest. nick drank and drove and sped and crashed, so therefore he is 100000% responsible for john's injuries. if nick was driving safely, none of this would've ever happened.

JOHN GRAZIANO WAS NOT WEARING A SEATBELT. Anyone on here who so firmly says otherwise, MUST work for the Grazianos. The ONLY people questioning that fact is delusional saps on TMZ. No one else, not even the Graziano's lawyers, have claimed John was belted in.

John Graziano was the only one not wearing his seatbelt that day, and that's why he's the only one under permanent care now.

174. Ann! You obviously have no soul. Some ppl have hope and faith you tart!!! See, even if he was given a 2% chance to be normal again, that 2% is STILL a number! Still a chance that fate and GOD can turn things around.
It is not Johns fault this has happened, it IS nicks fault for driving recklessly, HOWEVER, you are supposed to wear a seatbelt..and IT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED BY BOTH NICK AND JOHN.
The truth is, it is a horrible thing for ANYONE to go through. And to wish such pain and agony on another person is a nasty thing to do. Then again, seatbelts can hurt you just as bad, they can even kill. I DO NOT BELIEVE JOHN WOULD WANT HIS NOR THE HOGAN FAMILY FIGHTING OR TAKING THE BLAME FOR THE ACCIDENT. I BELIEVE HE WOULD ONLY WANT EVERYONE BELIEVING IN A SAFE A FULL RECOVERY FOR HIM.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE WORLD ISN'T ALL ABOUT PEACE AND LOVE ANYMORE, BUT TO SAY SOME OF THE THINGS THAT PEOPLE HAVE SAID ON HERE IS JUST WRONG, NO WONDER BAD THINGS ARE HAPPENING MORE AND MORE EACH DAY. EVERYONE WANTS TO PUT THE BLAME ON SOMEONE ELSE...when really, EVERYONE is to blame.
