Pete Sampras Drops a Deuce

Pete SamprasNot even celebrities can escape the crappy US housing market.

Pete Sampras just sold his 10,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills -- but had to drop $2 million off the original $25 million price tag.

The five bedroom, 12 bathroom palace has its own guesthouse, gym, tennis court, home theater and sits on close to one acre of land, according to the LA Times.

3. boo hoo! a rich man has to sell his house for 2 million less. you've got to be kidding me tmz if you think we're supposed to feel sorry for people like that. it's a complete slap in the face to the millions of hard working normal americans who are losing their homes and don't know if they are going to be able to feed their families because of our current government officials. you should be ashamed of yourself for even insinuating that sampras is in the same boat as hard working americans. i love tmz, but you crossed the line big time with this story. unFingbelievable!

5. I'M NOT IN THE KNOW ABOUT SAMPRAS'S HOUSE, BUT i FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE ITS 5 BEDROOM 12 BATHROOMS. I mean i can see it the other way around , but 12 bathrooms and only 5 bedrooms in a 25 million dollar mansion. Hard to believe. Perhaps tmz staff should do a little more research.

6. #4.........You're 110% right ..........................I don't feel sorry for celebs , the fans are the ones
who made them rich , sad part the fans are middle class people who needs help.

Millions of those people who lost there homes because of subprime loans was middle class
and many of them , was told a Lie . Loan Officers , all lied to them , just to make a sell and
profit . This is a long story in itself .

why worry about celebs , they've millions in the bank , do you think they're worried about you
or our family ???? NOOOOOOOOOOO .

If they all wanted too , they could help families financially , again the money they recieved
from FANS . Buying celebs products , movies , cd's , dvd's , and much more .

There's only one person who helped individual family , financially and that was .......Cowell from
American Idol , believe it or not . He paid a family home off , which I thought that was nice .

I havn't heard of other celebs helping , and here they say , they donate money and help , I havn't
seen that yet .

So everything you said #4 ...........again you're so right . You understand that everyone has different
situations , and they need help . You're Open minded about it .

There are "middle class families " who's being laid off , and having a hard time . Gas , food and much
going up in price , lucky if they can afford paying there bills . Many of them doesn't want to use there
credit cards , etccc , but when it comes to surviving , I guess you do , what you've too .

I know one family , the husband is laid off , his company he works for , will only let the employees
work , 2 weeks out of july , and only one week in august , he's trying and doing everything to
found out , but there's not much out there , because companies arent hiring , or laying off .
The wife she's working , but it's not enough money to pay all the bills . This family is trying tho,
its not like they're depending on anyone , do it thereselves.

There are millions of people out there in a situation like that or close to it.

I feel celebrities and polictians can do something . You've to blame this on everyone especially
with every company that's involved. Oil companies are at fault , food companies are at fault
and many many others are too . If none of this was going up in price , families like this wouldn't
be in hard times.

So celebs needs to help families ,,,,,,,,,,,its called donate , It starts in your own backyard ( USA ) .

REVOLVING CIRCLE .
