The diagnosis of mental illness, which often seems to be mixed up with bad
moral prejudges, ruled our valuable Mrs. Britnes Spears out
of her mother rights and made the custody case hopeless.

It is funny, that a diagnosis of mental disorder as a
deviation from "in the range of the vast variety of human minds"
is a very hidden act of specialists, namely psychiatrists, and not of the "mental ill"
person itself. It is not open to criticism or control by common
sense and by the "mental il" person.

Our valuable Mrs. Britney Spears, with a combination of
maledictions, like the conservatorship, and benedictions, like some
more mother rights for the kids, has brought to accept to take medical drugs in
form of neuroleptics, which will damage not only her brain in the
long run and shorten her life.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HER BEHAVIOUR, WITH HER CHARACTER, WITH HER
WISHES, WITH HER BEING A GOOD MOTHER, AS SHE IS -
ONLY THE PSYCHIATRIST DECIDE THE CASE.

This is contrary to a any feeling of natural right, starting by
that on the own brain.

32. Only in Hollywood can a woman walk around freely feeling good about herself after she abandons her children. Britney Spears is such a shameless hussy. However, there will be many mean looks and stares that she will get from women who know what she has done to her sons. What a vain cow. I am sure she will pay for her actions as time goes on. IS QUITE STRAIGHT THE SCARIFECE SHE BROUGHT ACCORDING TO TMZ:

She took the neuroleptics and went to the psychiatrist with the
"carrot" before her nose, that then she will have more chances to
win the case.
Additional SACRIFICES are the lot of money she spend for the custody case,
the danger to be stigmatized as "mental ill.", the danger to get under conservatorship which has
already come true for some time, for the rest of her life.
Additional SACRIFICE is to be the object of public, party very harmful and hurting,
discussion of her very private affaires for a lot of time because
of the custody case with a mental illness diagnosis.
Additional sacrifice is the danger of the damage of her good image
by consulting the psychiatrist for the custody case.

Short: Our valuable Mrs. Britney Spears SACRIFICED
and brought in danger the very core structure of her psyche for her
kids.

Now. Anyone holding our valuable Mrs. Britney Spears is a bad
mother????????

34. I've never read such crap in my life! You idiots trashing and bashing Britney must be K-Dud, Kaplan and Shar. K-Dud does not have permanent custody of the kids - it's only temporary, for now. There will be other hearings as she gets better. K-Dud is and will always be a nasty dipstick - money mooching Britney for the rest of his life. Give Britney back her jewelry, K-Dud, you look even more like the moron that you are in her earrings. And, you people who say that Britney doesn't want her children - do you know her, are you a relative, a friend???? Sorry people, but Kevin does have permanent sole custody. He'll make all the decisions for his minor children, including health, education, where they live ... etc. Britney absolutely has no say in this, except if Kevin asks her opinion on something concerning the boys.

There will be no automatic custody hearings in the future, whether she improves or not. The FINAL custody trial that was to take place next month, has been canceled because of the settlement. Britney can petition the court for some custody of her kids, (she has zero custody now), if there is marked improvement in her personal situation, - but there needs to be some very valid reasons to change the custody agreement. CPS doesn't usually recommend changing a custody arrangement, if the children are thriving and are safe. They don't recommend custody for a parent just because a parent "wants" it to make themselves feel better, or look better to the public. They also don't care if Britney's fans believe that Kevin is a loser, - just in it for the money, or whatever. Obviously, they believe that Kevin is the better parent, since they GAVE him temporary full custody (originally), and TOOK AWAY custody and visitation from Britney.

Unless Britney can somehow prove to the court, that her having custody of her sons will be a benefit to them, then she should be satisfied with visitation. Maybe Britney hopes that Kevin will do something so that she can challenge him in court.

of a baby.
Unfortunately the wisdom ofd King Salomon lacks
in LA court, but our valuable Mrs. Britney Spears
has adopted the love guided attitude of the

43. Diane in TX, the courts did not TAKE AWAY anything. Britney and her lawyers decided that AT THIS TIME, giving Kevin custodial rights was in the best interest of the kids. However, Britney's lawyer even said that NOTHING IS PERMANENT. Also, I haven't definitively heard that the court date in August has been cancelled. Britney has a good lawyer now and I'm sure that she (the lawyer) would not let Britney lose ALL of her parenting rights so easily.

So, it doesn't matter how cool and collected your tone might be, you still interpreted the details to make them appear how you wanted them to be. Good try though.
